MOX is a trivia RPG platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage trivia characters called "trivvies"
• Battle against other players in trivia competitions
• Earn and spend virtual currency (coins)
• Access premium features through subscription
• Interact with the MOX community

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service

5. Virtual Currency and Purchases

MOX may offer virtual currency (coins) and premium features for purchase. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MOX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

By submitting content to MOX, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal or harmful material

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MOX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
